Self-service: data export and deletion (logged-in users)

You can exercise your rights to access and erasure yourself, at any time, without contacting us:

  • Data export: All data stored on your account - profile, avatars, forum/blog posts, comments, reactions, newsletter subscriptions, devices, notifications, course-participation history, attachments - can be downloaded as a ZIP at any time, directly in your profile under „GDPR".
  • Delete data: In the profile section „Delete data" you can see a list of all content you have created on the platform and remove each entry individually (🗑). Content from ongoing courses is locked (🔒) until the trainer has evaluated it - afterwards it is automatically released.
  • Close account permanently: Once your content list is empty, you can have your user account fully deleted. Cross-references (e.g. mentions in other users' posts, trainer assignments, CTA assignments) are also removed automatically - except where statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies where strictly necessary (e.g. for logged-in areas or language preference). No tracking cookies are set.

Server log files
